This isn’t your typical commercial litigation role. There’s no pressure to win new clients or bring in business - the work is already here and there’s a plentiful supply. Interesting, complex, and genuinely varied disputes across a wide range of sectors.
You’ll act for both claimants and defendants and get hands-on experience from the start. While a background in general commercial litigation is ideal, we’re equally keen to hear from those with more focused experience in property litigation or construction disputes - those specialisms are valued and supported as standalone areas.
Who We’re Looking For
A commercial litigation lawyer with lots of good, technical experience of advising on complex and varied matters for commercial clients would fit in really well here. It’s likely that you will have at least two years’ experience but the team will happily consider more senior candidates too.
Hybrid Working – with Offices That Make It Worth Coming In
You’ll only need to be in the office two days a week, and when you are, you’ll enjoy some of the best space around. The Hull office is cutting-edge - think putting greens, swings, Xboxes, and breakout areas designed to make your day feel a little lighter.
If you’re based in Leeds, that can work too - this team is well set up for hybrid collaboration and you’ll be fully supported.
