We are pleased to be working with a respected, single-site law firm that continues to go from strength to strength. Known for its excellent culture, long-standing client relationships and impressive breadth of work, the firm is now looking to welcome a Commercial Property Lawyer into its highly ranked team.
A Firm Where People Stay
This is a firm where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. There’s a supportive, down-to-earth culture, a strong sense of purpose and pride in the quality of service offered, and a leadership team that takes wellbeing and career development seriously.

A Broad and High Quality Caseload

- Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters across a range of sectors
- Development work (experience helpful but not essential)
- Property finance and refinancing matters
You’ll join a team of five, including administrative support – all of whom work closely and collaboratively across matters.
The Right Fit
This is a role for a confident and experienced lawyer who enjoys working with a diverse range of clients and who takes pride in delivering excellent client service.
While the team is ideally looking for someone around 1 - 4 years’ PQE, it is also open to more experienced lawyers who feel they would be a good fit.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are key, and you’ll be someone who thrives as part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
