CORPORATE LAWYER 5 PQE+
LONDON (WITH HYBRID WORKING)
Competitive Salary Package, Benefits & Bonus
Haggerty Jaques is seeking a talented corporate lawyer to join a rapidly expanding national Corporate Health team based in London.
The Team
The highly experienced Corporate team operates both in the UK and overseas and provides clients with accessible corporate support through a comprehensive network of global lawyers.
Specialising in advising a wide range of clients, from major listed companies and private equity funds to smaller start-ups, owner-managed businesses, and management teams, the Corporate team covers the full spectrum of transactions, both domestic and cross-border.
The Role
Working closely with the Head of Corporate Healthcare, the successful candidate will primarily focus on M&A work for various funders, investors, operators, and developers within the independent health & social care sector. Additionally, they will collaborate with the wider Corporate team on a diverse range of matters.
The Ideal Candidate
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and the ability to independently support and lead on a wide array of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and investments.
While expertise in the health & social care sector would be very useful, it is not essential. The team would like to recruit an individual who is proficient in business development and preparing tenders.
What You’ll Get in Return
The firm is renowned for being people-centric and down to earth, making it a truly great place to work.
You’ll be involved with corporate transactions that make a difference and will have the benefit of a senior leadership team that is approachable and supportive, fostering a positive environment for career development.
