Partnership Without Waiting Years
Unlike many traditional law firms, this firm is ready and able to promote exceptional senior lawyers directly into Partner positions.
The firm recognises that many lawyers are outperforming their job title but are being held back from becoming a partner. If you’ve built a strong reputation, have a loyal client base and are ready for greater autonomy, our client is keen to have a confidential conversation.
You don’t need to be an existing Partner to be considered.
Who They’re Looking For
The firm would particularly like to hear from Senior Associates (or above) who:
- Are already managing senior fee-earning instructions.
- Have developed a strong reputation within their chosen specialism.
- Are not afraid of business development.
- Have started to build a portable client following or network (typically from around £150,000 upwards, although every situation will be considered individually).
- Are ambitious and commercially minded.
- Want genuine progression rather than waiting for a vacancy or business case to arise.
