We are delighted to be instructed to recruit a Private Client lawyer for this very well-regarded regional practice.
The successful candidate – either a Legal Executive or a Solicitor of around 2 years’ PQE and above - can expect to receive a varied range of high quality instructions and to be working directly with clients.
Typical instructions will involve you in drafting wills and succession planning, estate administration, trust creation and administration, power of attorney creation and administration, and court of protection applications.
This is a role for an individual who, alongside some solid previous experience, is empathetic, organised and an effective communicator. The STEP qualification is highly desirable although strong experience of managing a busy caseload will suffice.
