The Role
Working within the firm’s busy national Real Estate practice, you will enjoy a varied and high-quality workload across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters. The Leeds office offers the perfect balance – the resources and client base of a major national firm, combined with the friendliness and team spirit of a close-knit office.
You can expect to advise on:
- Land acquisitions, including options and conditional contracts
- Investment acquisitions and disposals for both buyers and sellers
- Acting for landlords and tenants on the grant of business leases
- Retail, leisure, and healthcare development work (excluding construction)
- General property management matters including surrenders, licences, easements, rent reviews, lease renewals, and property finance
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- 4+ years’ PQE (or equivalent) in commercial property work gained at a leading regional or City firm
- Strong technical ability and clear, logical drafting skills
- The ability to manage matters efficiently and work flexibly with multiple team members
- Excellent communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset

You will work with an enviable roster of clients, including Oxbridge colleges, developers, corporate occupiers with multi-site holdings, institutional investors, family trusts, private offices, and global investment funds. The nature of the work encourages building long-term relationships with clients and their professional advisers.
