The work
The successful candidate can expect to advise on a varied mix of matters including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Strategic land and development projects
- Regeneration schemes
- Land assembly and site assembly arrangements
- Development agreements
- Option, promotion and overage agreements
- Infrastructure and utilities-related property work
- Telecommunications matters
- Property aspects of major public projects
- Complex landlord and tenant matters
- Portfolio management work
- Real estate support on wider corporate and commercial transactions
- Compulsory purchase and associated property issues (experience welcomed but not essential)

- Compulsory purchase
