An opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate solicitor to join this highly progressive and close-knit team in Leeds.
The team is keen to speak to lawyers with Real Estate experience - whether recently qualified or with a few years' PQE - who are looking for a new and dynamic environment.
A large part of your role will involve acquisitions and development work, including strategic option agreements, conditional contracts and promotion agreements, alongside more general landlord and tenant work.
This highly successful team has an established client base and a strong pipeline of work so you will have plenty of scope to develop or further develop your expertise – as well as to further your career.
The ideal candidate is someone looking for an opportunity to advance technically. Working alongside senior members of the team, you will be afforded the opportunity to hone your skills and expertise.
