The Opportunity
We are supporting a well-established and highly regarded Real Estate Litigation team as it looks to appoint an experienced lawyer.
This is a great opportunity to join a practice that offers a high calibre of work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Team
The team acts for a broad range of clients, including PLCs, banks, insurers, and government/public bodies.
Its work spans the full spectrum of Real Estate disputes, with exposure to interesting, varied, and often high-profile matters.
You will also have the opportunity to get involved in new and evolving areas of law, including work connected with the Building Safety Act 2022.

What We’re Looking For
- A qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in Real Estate Litigation
- A strong technical skillset with a genuine interest in this area of law
- Excellent client care skills and a collaborative approach
